I am in awe at the power of prayer and how the internet has created prayer circles out of people who have never met but who are energetically invested in each others’ journey.
As usual, I don’t remember how I ended up at the blog, but a couple weeks ago I found myself reading [...]
America, the band
I got to do something really cool last night. I got to see America playing live for 90 minutes in a really small theater with only about 100 other people.
One of the greatest gifts that my father gave me growing up was a love of music. I was brought up surrounded [...]
Covered in cat hair
My title has nothing to do with anything in the post. It’s just that I couldn’t think of a good title and I am covered in cat hair, so there you have it.
I keep thinking about things to blog about, things that I think people would find interesting to read even. [...]
Setteling back in
Unfortunately I have no photos from our vacation last week because we misplaced our camera’s battery charger during the recent move. Hopefully this weekend Brad and I can either tear apart the office and find it or go to Best Buy and purchase a replacement. Either way, I need to be able to [...]
Colors

Future Callings?
I know that it’s probably meaningless but wouldn’t it be neat if when the boys are older we could say, “We always knew Logan was an artist because he started learning his colors at 18 months old, while Forest we knew was going to be a communicator because he started learning his letters at 19 [...]
Sometimes you just have to do it
Traveling on an airplane by myself with the twins for the second time this year. Man have we become quit the airplane travelers! Three trips last year and this is the second one this year, with possibly one more to come in November. Only this time the boys can say “airplane” (in [...]
The Importance of Trees
I will never again live in a house with no trees in the backyard. The new house’s yard feels like home already.
