It’s Time
Logan does this thing where he lets me know that he’s ready to leave a place by starting the walk back to the car. We’ll be at the park and all of a sudden there he goes, walking down the path through the trees. I always have to rush to grab Forest and catch up, hoping Forest is ok with the decision to leave, out of concern that Logan will make it to the street without us. He’s really good about not going into the street when I’m there to remind him and I don’t want to find out how he’d do without me there. So if we are ever at a play date with you and don’t have a chance to say goodbye, you’ll know it’s because Logan has decided that it’s time to go and we are off!
