What did Brad and I do on a Saturday afternoon with no toddlers to entertain? We made a playlist of Industrial and Goth music from the late ’80s – early ’90s and jumped around the living room with The Bog by Bigod 20 and Headhunter by Front242 blasting so loud that our cats went into hiding. Brad wouldn’t let me get out my leather jacket and do my old “off the shoulder-arms punching-feet marching” dance. But I still have that jacket because I refuse to just give it to anyone. It must go to someone who will appreciate it’s history. Anyone have any emo nieces or nephews?
All praise the internet. No really, I am constantly wondering how we lived without it. I needed to remove the tarnish from a special silver necklace to wear to Brad’s birthday dinner tonight and was able to find a simple homemade tarnish remover within seconds on Google.
Learning how to use iPhoto and as I import all the old photos I am adding tags. Tedious, yes. Worth it, definitely.
