Connections
Logan has recently been demonstrating that he understands that pictures in books represent things in “real life.” Brad was telling me that the other day he saw a fire truck in one of his books and pointed to the Little People fire truck, going back and forth pointing for Brad. This morning he picked up two books and sat in my lap. He opened the first one and pointed at the cow. Then he dropped that book and opened the second book. Again, a page with a cow. He pointed back and forth as I said, “cow.” Last week he pointed a door in a book and said “door” (well his version of the word, anyway). It’s so cool to see things coming together like that for them.
