ahhhh
Another long night Friday night because Logan doesn’t seem to do well the first night in a new place and we journeyed 3.5 hours north to Grandma and Grandpa Trammell’s that night. I left the boys in capable hands Saturday morning for 24 hours of Dawn time with friends, incredible Thai food, and much needed uninterrupted sleep. The boys have forgotten how to sleep in the car so the drive home yesterday was filled with crying and such. But we made it and last night the boys slept from 6:30 PM - 6:00 AM with no more then two peeps out of Logan. Glory, Glory! The little guys seem to have heard me say that it was time to give up the morning bottle because they are sleeping in longer in the morning so that we can just drop that darn step. It’s lovely to have such considerate children. Remind me that I said later this evening when I’m pulling my hair out and ready to drink myself into a coma. Today it is raining and raining A LOT so that means no escapes outside, no running errands. It’s going to be a LONG day.

i hear you sister! we are getting ready to eliminate the 5:30am (now 6:30am) nursing session. it’s the last one and then FREEDOM! it is doing more harm then good at this point, and getting them up 30 min to 1 hour to early in the morning. it’s amazing how that little bit of time makes all the difference in happy babies versus crabby blech.
and doesn’t this weather blow! abel chose today, the day that we couldn’t get out, not even to go to the mall, to be crazy clingy very unhappy little boy. some days it seems like two steps forward and three steps back. i keep saying - it changes as fast as it changes!
we’d love to see you all again soon!
