favorite book
We have our first “favorite book” that must be read over…and over…and over again. It is just not time for bed until this book is read to the boys. Peek-a-Baby by Karen Katz. I see that she has several others that looks just as cute so I think I may have to start collecting them. We’ve already had to tape up two of the flaps, but that’s part of the charm, right?

Oh! This is F & R’s favorite book!!! We’ve actually had to put it up on “our” shelf because, no matter how many books are on their shelf, THIS is the one they always go to. I swear, they could find it in a pile of 1,000 books! It is very weird.
In any case…the reason why we had to put it up is because they’ve torn off all but two of the flaps. I taped them back (but some I just had to toss), so I want to preserve it as much as I can. Now it only comes down when we are there to supervise!
I have a couple of “peek a boo” books, but this is THE ONE that they want all of the time.
