baby steps for Logan
Yesterday Logan started walking away from the walls and furniture and just standing in the middle of the floor. He stands there with strong balance and it’s obvious that he wants to walk but he’s unsure of exactly what to do to make it happen. He waves his hands excitedly in the air and with a little encouragement takes a step or two before loosing balance or confidence and then moving his body down into a crawl again. In the recent weeks he’s taken steps but it’s always seemed without thought, on accident, now it’s clear that he wants to walk into this open space without assistance. He’s already done it several time this morning as well. That combined with his recent grumpiness and the less sleep that comes with developmental milestones, I’m sure he’ll be “toddling” within weeks.
