Mobility at 7 Months
It’s a lot harder keeping up with the boys these days. A fateful “it has begun”… neither boy will sit any longer as they would much rather twist and turn and use their powers to get around. Logan is all over the place scooting around on his stomach backwards, rolling on his side from place to place, trying to climb the crib or the couch. Forest refuses to sit up as well, instead pitching forward onto his tummy and trying to figure out how to get to where/what he wants. Both boys made a huge stride this weekend in being able to go from sitting to their tummies. It was neat to watch and now they do it effortlessly. They both LOVE to pull up on the bars in the crib when we sit them down in front of the unraised side rail. I don’t know if I’m ready for this next phase as I find myself struggling to keep up with them both. I look one direction and the other is getting into trouble behind me. I’m exhausted every night and the only thing I can attribute it to is chasing after these two guys. And they aren’t even crawling yet!! But gosh are they cute…
