Liberation
I am swept away with feelings of LIBERATION (Pet Shop Boys plays in the background of my mind)! The ability to put a baby down for a nap and know that he will drift off and stay asleep for 30 minutes to 2 hours - what a gift! Logan has not cried for longer then 10 minutes in the past 24 hours and even skipped the early night feeding and went straight into the 2-3 range that I was shooting for. I had no idea what a gift this process would give me but it has eliminated so much fear and anxiety in me. I didn’t realize how much I dreaded dealing with getting Logan down to sleep and keeping him down.

i’m so excited for you that the boys are going down so easily! our nightime is pretty good, but i struggle constantly with naps. i’m going to by the ferber book and hopefully start using it when the boys turn 4 months…i think it’s still a little too early for them. i want to be liberated too!!!
