4 Month Pediatrician Visit

To make the boys’ lives even more difficult I scheduled their 4 month visit for the day we returned from Seattle. Because the Rotovirus vaccine was so hard on them last time, I didn’t want them getting it before the trip. We got home last night at 11, were in bed at 11:30 and blessed be the boys slept through the night! I’m sure they were happy to be properly sandwiched between mom and dad in the house and bed that they know so well. We woke them at 7 for the appointment at 9. And the results are….

Logan: 15 lbs 4 ozs (was 12 lbs last visit), 25 inches tall
Forest: 12 lbs 12 ozs (was 9 lbs 4 ozs last visit), 24 inches tall

so Forest is “catching up” if you will be gaining half a pound more then his brother gained and growing half an inch more as well.

The doctor wants us to spend more time on the floor with the boys, getting their necks stronger and encouraging Logan to turn over. She seemed very impressed by Forests’ legs (he is already standing if you hold him up).
