seeking a part time helper
Early morning hours when I could have slept a bit more but I’ve had over 5 hours (possibly over 6) and decided to use the time to call on Mother’s Helper/Nanny candidates. Spoke with two, one who is a professional nanny who has experience with two sets of twins in her career! One set she was with from birth! Hopefully we’ll find someone next week when Brad returns and we conduct actual interviews.
Yesterday was a really good day with the boys until 5 PM when both cried for about two hours none stop. They just both wanted to be held and I tried holding both at once but that wasn’t good enough for them. Poor things. Amazing how quickly my feelings about the day can turn. I went from being high and confident to the lowest I’ve ever been. In those moments I dread the next day. It’s hard having Brad gone because we have such a good partnership and know how to take care of each boy. But Dusty is here with me this weekend and it’ll be good time for him to know the boys better and them him.
