34 weeks - sleeping beauty
This is the 34th week and all I want to do is Sleep. I didn’t really have this problem when I was in the first trimester like a lot of women have. I currently sleep for 5 - 6 hours at night, have breakfast and read for a bit, and then sleep for a couple hours, wake up for lunch, and then sleep for another couple hours, up for a snack and dinner and hanging out in the evening which is the longest stretch of being awake that I seem to be able to handle. If I have doctor’s appointments in there it messes up my whole thing and I end up even more tired. I want to be all energetic and do things, get things ready…but instead, I just sleep. I have a lot to do in the next few weeks so I’m looking forward to that nesting energy kicking in cus this sleeping all day is for the cats.
Had my final appointment with Laura yesterday. At this point they wouldn’t stop my labor so no more reason to be going to the Preterm Labor Prevention program. I have lost a little weight since last week so it’s definitely a lot of water retention. I am having to wear my cushie flip flop slippers because they are the only shoes I can get onto my feet. There is some very slight changes in my cervix but again nothing to get excited about. Hopefully these subtle changes will continue into the coming weeks so that we can have these two boys without induction the first week of December.
