sunshine and back support
I enjoyed a baby shower this weekend for another mom of twin boys. She is part of my best friend’s family so it turned into a few hours with her family. It was fun to compare bellys and pregnancy experiences.
Also caught the movie, The Prestige, which I enjoyed a lot. Figured out what was going on but I think it’s because I have an insider’s viewpoint on some things now. (giggle)
Sunday I joined Brad and friends out by Lake Travis. It was a perfect day, never got above 70, and while the rest of the group was busy working and helping the landowner out with some necesary yard work, I got to sit under trees and enjoy. I felt the wind, the sunshine, got kisses from the dog, sat in a hammock, and otherwise just enjoyed being outside for a whole day. I also enjoyed breaking bread (literally and figuratively) with most of my dearest friends at one table which hasn’t happened in a long time. The only draw back was not getting my afternoon nap, so when we got home at 4 I was EXHAUSTED and passed out for the next two hours. My siatica flared up and I could hardly move so I spent the evening sitting on a heating pad which seems to have done wonders because yesterday I was feeling pretty good.
I’m going to call a chiropractor today after getting confirmation yesterday afternoon that our health insurance does provide for 20 visits a year with a copay. I’ve never been to a chiropractor so I’m really looking forward to this experience and opportunity!

The chriopractor is the most amazing doctor to me. Of course with my on going back, knee and overall joint issues I have there is nothing more pleasant then getting the work over. I’m really glad that your insurances covers the visits, and of course if any questions come up let me know :)
love you!

you guys live up north right? i went to a great chiro there, but i stopped going when i moved down south because it was just too inconvienient. if you need a recommendation, let me know. :)
