30 weeks
Wow, there is something very amazing about realizing we are 30 weeks along! That means that in about 6-8 weeks we’ll have two little boys to play with. I am so ready to meet them and get to know them. Not that I want them to come early, but I am excited to meet the people that they are.
I’m a total incubator. Spent the weekend with menopausal women and was the one always complaining about how warm it was. I’m always getting warm and having to turn down the air to a chill. Acid reflux is at an all time high. ICK! Colostrum leaked often this weekend as well. My right hand is constantly numb from the carpel tunnel. But it’s kinda fun actually, touching stuff has a whole new quality to it.
Thursday’s doctor visit brought some great news, Logan, the presenting baby (closest to the cervix) had switched directions and was head down! I’m praying that he stays that way and talking sweetly to him daily. Now to get Forest to turn and stay as well. I also received a flu shot at the appointment which resulted in a sore arm for two days and a very low grade fever and slight “I’m getting sick” feeling on Friday morning/afternoon. But one tylonol and an hour nap and it was gone by Friday evening so it worked out fine.
Thoughts and blessings with Brandie who is being induced to have her little boy today. Crazy that she and I ended up pregnant the same year. Go figure!
