Two days and counting
A mutual decision was made that this Friday will be my last day in the office. Yes it would be nice to have that extra week of pay but I can make it ok without and it’s really for the best. So I only have two more days and I’m thrilled! A lot of negativity right now and it’s making it difficult to stay focused on what’s important.
Had a blast last night when Dusty took me for a drive in the Miata with the top down. The weather has been perfect here and as much as it is a Texas fall, it’s still fall and that means convertable time!
I made my appointment with Angela for next Wednesday. Angela is not only my incredible hairstylist but also one heck of a great lady who I am proud to call friend. She’s been wanting to color my hair for years however with my human resources career it just hasn’t worked out. I have always tended on the side of conservative, only got my tattoo 3 years ago at age 30. But for fun I’ve decided to go and dye my hair a crazy color in honor of this new part of my life. I’ve always wanted blue streaks in my dark hair so expect some new pictures late next week.
I’m 26 weeks and have put on 26 pounds since the beginning of the pregnancy. I hope this will make it easier for me to take the weight off after, not having put on extra and only what is considered the right amount.
