16 weeks OB appointment
Saw the twins again today :)
They have grown so much since the visit a month ago! I’ve put on 5 lbs (up to 150 now) and my blood pressure was good.
I asked for pictures and she obliged me but they aren’t good. Basically her machine isn’t able to put them on the screen as whole bodies so the pics aren’t nearly as neat as what I was able to see. I’ll get what I do have up in a couple days but don’t be surprised when you can’t to see much.
They are about 16 cm each now which is a hearty size.
They were still and not moving like last time. You can see so much more now! The head, body with a distinct spine and heartbeat, long arms and legs with elbows, knees, ankles, hands and feet, fingers and toes. The leg bones are very obvious like the spine.
So big appointment on August 9 when they should be able to tell us the gender(s) and some good pictures including VIDEO. The very next day another appointment with the OB. Two weeks later I have an appointment at the Parinatal clinic to enroll in their Preterm Labor Program (I’ll explain that further when I know more). From here on out I have an appointment with both clinics each time! This is going to get crazy so I’m glad that I won’t be working past September.
