OB says what?
Today I had another doctor’s visit for the pregnancy.
Something rather amazing and crazy came about during the sonogram.
The doctor (who is adorable) suddenly said something about seeing two sacks and my mind started racing.
Did she just say what I think she said…
does that mean what I think it means…
she was pushing around and searching away.
I could see the baby soooo well!!
Was amazing.
Could see the uterus, the sack, and the movement of the heartbeat.
But she’s still searching around and lets me know that she thinks she saw two sacks which does mean TWINS and she’s trying to get them both in one image.
She was able to actually show me what looked like two sacks and another image of two heartbeats in the same image.
OH NO SHE DIDN’T
SHE DID NOT JUST SAY I’M PROBABLY HAVING TWINS
uhhh yeah she did
but it’s not 100% so she’s sending me to a sonogram specialty clinic
and there is such a think as “disappearing twin” because now that we can detect these things so early on, sometimes a twin will not live but we find out about it from the ultrasound.
If I am carrying twins I’m thrilled about it!
But boy the universe is crazy!
