dream journal - pregnancy?
Yesterday when discussing the changes I forgot to mention the dreams.
They started a few weeks ago which is part of why I was suspicious about being pregnant. I have been having and remembering about 2-3 extremely vivid and interesting dreams a night. I don’t remember them after being awake for awhile but they are very obvious when I first wake up. Some have been disturbing topics but in the dream they don’t feel that way, I’ve felt calm and in control. The one early this morning was all about trying to hide and find something through the use of tunnels that go under a city and through homes and I want to say that they were a passage between two worlds. It had a very science fiction novel quality to it and I kept being reminded of Narnia for some reason. I woke up with this strong feeling of being excited because I had something new today. Like a new outfit or piece of jewelry and you can’t wait to wear it. But I don’t have anything like that. It struck me that since my doctor’s appointment is today and I’ll “officially” know about the pregnancy and possibly even be able to see the little one for the first time via sonogram, this could be my excitement about something new.
